Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Developer at Experian, you will lead design activities and participate in building the foundation for API management and a portfolio of services, across Cloud and in-house developed applications, using Enterprise Integration and API platforms.

In Short

• Design technical/integration architectures, including development, runtime and operations architectures.
• Define solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns and automate business process models.
• Refine and groom the product backlog and user stories.
• Ensure teams follow test and build automation for interoperability of application components.
• Develop and implement enterprise-class security systems for production environments.
• Report to the Senior Director of Software Development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional information technology experience.
• Proficient in developing scalable software solutions using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with AWS and related cloud technologies.
• Proficient in handling large-scale data using Big Data tools and frameworks.
• Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms.
• Experienced in working across multiple operating systems.
• Proficient in relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experienced in messaging solutions including Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
