Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at EBSCO Information Services, you will be part of an agile development team focusing on building, testing, and deploying products and services for customers while maintaining and extending existing CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

In Short

Provide expertise in system architecture, design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operation of premium EBSCO products.
Analyze and decompose complex software requirements into simple user stories.
Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Upgrade, extend, and maintain third-party software in Kubernetes clusters.
Provide operational support to components owned by your team.
Ensure system and feature quality during development, testing, and deployment phases.
Mentor other engineers on the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
4+ years of .NET development (C#) experience.
Experience in CI/CD development and maintenance.
Experience with Kubernetes or equivalent.
Proficiency with source code management tools such as git.
