• Lead a high-performing team of cloud ETL and data engineers.
• Architect and oversee development of scalable, cloud-native data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, TPM, and Data Governance teams.
• Improve adoption of best practices in data engineering.
• Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate engineering talent through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline; or Masters degree.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Knowledge and experience with Java, Scala, Python, Kafka, and Micro-services.
• AWS Cloud experience - Aurora MySQL, ECS, MSK, EMR, S3, EFS, etc.
• Knowledge of Hadoop/Spark and different data formats like Parquet, CSV.
