Senior HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Generalist will support Experian Health by delivering data-driven insights and continuous improvement across core HR processes, working closely with HRBPs and business leaders.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts across core HR processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize documentation and workflows for consistency.

• Support adoption of AI-enabled HR tools.
• Participate in workforce planning discussions.
• Stay informed on HR technology trends.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years experience running HR reports.
• Expertise in process improvement.
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools preferred.
• Experience with employee relations practices.
• Experience in healthcare or technology environments.
