Experian is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to partner with the Employer Services Sales team, overseeing sales compensation processes and delivering impactful financial analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Finance and Employer Services.
• Experience in designing and managing sales compensation plans.
• Strong analytical communication skills.
• Project management experience with results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
