In Short

  • We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Director for our Employee Benefits Vertical.
  • The Sales Director will utilize past sales experience to foster revenue expansion.
  • Drive sales across Consumer Information, Decision Analytics, and Fraud divisions.
  • Build and maintain strong producer relationships through superior product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales goals through consultation and negotiations.
  • Identify new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers.
  • Manage the inforce block of business to build new sales opportunities.
  • Lead assigned RFP efforts and provide timely updates on pipelines.
  • This role is 100% remote but requires residence in specific states.
  • Report to Sales Leadership VP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • 7+ years of selling through broker distribution.
  • Experience executing prospecting strategies for discovering new accounts.
  • History of managing large accounts and technical sales projects.
  • Manage a large pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Executive presence and technical aptitude are required.
