The Sales Director for Employee Benefits will lead a team to drive growth in the employee benefits sector, focusing on dental, vision, life, and other ancillary products.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 3+ years in a management role overseeing sales teams.
  • Experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably in employee benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools.
  • High energy and motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
