Overview

The Relationship Manager for Credit Unions will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term strategic client relationships, guiding clients through the assessment, purchase, and implementation of Experian solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while exceeding sales performance targets.

In Short

  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption and growth of Experian's products and services.
  • Support client's strategic plans and ensure execution of relevant projects.
  • Educate clients on Experian products and services.
  • Conduct regular status calls and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Meet annual sales revenue targets through renewals and growth of existing accounts.
  • Negotiate complex client contracts.
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on client's evolving goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Create presentations based on market trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Fluency in data, software, and financial services solutions.
  • Ability to forge relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
