Overview

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and various internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects and advocating for client needs.

In Short

  • Be the primary liaison between clients and our teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Project Management, Client Success).
  • Lead client strategic programs and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Advocate for client needs and resolve issues internally.
  • Participate in client meetings and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Build relationships through dialogue with external and company partners.
  • Deliver compelling presentations using market trends and best practices.
  • Maintain understanding of contract terms and manage revenue tracking.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and manage credentialing requests.
  • Coordinate across teams for prompt execution of client deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities and strengthen relationships within client organizations.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • 5+ years sales experience managing complex client relationships.
  • Fluency in data, software, and financial services solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Ability to present customer insights through industry-specific reviews.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives.
  • Ability to travel as required.
