As an HR Partner at Experian, you will collaborate with business leaders to enhance talent management and drive organizational success through effective HR practices.

• Serve as the main HR contact for leaders and employees in Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in multinational companies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
