As a Data Analyst II at Experian, you will focus on user behavior reporting, providing performance updates, and conducting deep-dive analyses to enhance customer experience.

In Short

  • Extract and analyze data from the warehouse to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Maintain Tableau dashboards to meet evolving needs.
  • Evaluate member activity and provide insights to leadership.
  • Analyze CRM marketing programs and deliver performance reports.
  • Use advanced analytics to detect patterns and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with BI and Engineering for data validation.
  • Deliver quick-turn dashboards and recommend actions.
  • Partner with teams to build data infrastructure.
  • Present findings and strategic insights to guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytics/statistics roles within internet environments.
  • Experience in business analytics and metrics reporting.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experienced with BI tools like Tableau and real-time dashboard development.
  • Expertise in data mining, trend analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and A/B testing best practices.
  • Familiar with web analytics tools and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
