Overview

The Client Success Manager will build, retain, and expand long-term strategic client relationships, guiding clients through the assessment, purchase, and implementation of Experian solutions.

In Short

  • Remote position based in the west coast.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption and growth of Experian's products and services.
  • Support clients' strategic plans and ensure execution of Experian-supported projects.
  • Educate clients on Experian products and services through ongoing sales consultation.
  • Frequent communication with clients through virtual meetings and travel.
  • Meet annual sales revenue targets through client renewals and organic growth.
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue tracking using Salesforce.
  • Negotiate complex client contracts for Experian products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for operational and strategic planning.
  • Create compelling presentations referencing market trends and case studies.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience in the industry or markets.
  • Experience managing complex, growing strategic client relationships.
  • Fluency in data, software, and financial services solutions.
  • Ability to forge relationships with decision makers and senior executives.
  • Strong customer service skills for cultivating client relationships.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
