Overview

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term strategic client relationships, guiding clients through the adoption of Experian solutions, and exceeding sales performance targets.

In Short

  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase product adoption and growth.
  • Support clients' strategic plans and ensure satisfaction through project execution.
  • Educate clients on Experian products and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct frequent communication with clients, including virtual status calls.
  • Meet annual sales revenue targets through renewals and growth of existing accounts.
  • Negotiate complex client contracts for Experian products and services.
  • Define strategic account plans to align with clients' evolving goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to structure plans.
  • Create compelling presentations referencing market trends and best practices.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to client locations.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the relevant industry.
  • Experience managing complex, strategic client relationships.
  • Fluency in data, software, and financial services solutions.
  • Ability to forge relationships with decision-makers and senior executives.
  • Strong customer service skills to cultivate client relationships.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
