In Short

  • Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with small to medium sized clients.
  • Manage and execute activities across multiple accounts throughout their contract lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of Client Success Processes and Procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to execute on goals and KPIs.
  • Drive escalation of client issues and coordinate critical resources.
  • Facilitate frequent touchpoint meetings and communications with clients.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce and ChurnZero) to track key account data.
  • Display great organization skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of proven experience driving SaaS software adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth attitude.
  • Able to build customer rapport and address escalated client issues.
  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking and process improvement.
  • Able to map the customer/member journey.
  • Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities.
  • Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
  • Bonus: experience in managing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
