Overview

The Client Development Executive will maintain client satisfaction, expand employer services within the assigned account territory supporting Government and Insurance industry clients through retention, growth and new business leads for Experian's Employer Services.

In Short

  • Initiate client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logos prospects.
  • Consult with clients to construct solutions to meet their needs.
  • Master understanding of Experian Employer Services products.
  • Grow book of business through product cross-sell and upsell.
  • Facilitate and negotiate contract renewals and RFPs.
  • Pursue and contract new logo prospects.
  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client executives.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to identify application opportunities.
  • Partner with Experian departments throughout the sales cycle.
  • Report to Sr Director, Client Development Verticals and Global Enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years of proven Strategic-level sales.
  • Experience in consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior level client relationships.
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to travel.
