Overview

The Billing Business Analyst will drive growth by developing and implementing projects to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience managing projects and user testing.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum).
• Documentation and reporting dashboards are important.
• Experience with Power BI and creating interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel automation, including macros, power queries, and advanced formulas.
• Basic programming knowledge in M, DAX, and VBA.
