Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in web/software development teams.
• 2+ years of technical/IT helpdesk experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Experience in Help Desk support is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
