Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

LifeLearn is looking to fill the position of Business Analyst, who, under the direction of the Director of Operations, will primarily be responsible to collaborate and convert commercial requirements into viable technical specifications by providing documented cases, workflow analysis and executable stories.

In Short

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers and software development team.
• Convert commercial requirements into viable technical specifications.
• Support the business in implementing required changes.
• Respond to and incorporate material requirement changes.
• Provide ongoing assistance to development teams.
• Assess the impact of product changes on existing products.
• Contribute to Q/A test cases and user experience testing.
• Act as a technical resource for business partners.
• Communicate delivery status and project issues.
• Contribute to the business case analysis process.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in computer science, business or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Ability to apply technology to solve business problems.
• Experience in writing technical reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a diverse environment.
