Overview

The Oregon State Treasury is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Risk and Resiliency Division, where you will analyze business needs, support leaders in achieving initiatives, and improve systems through collaboration and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Four years of professional-level analytical and planning work.
• Experience as a business analyst in project or program settings.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with change management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to synthesize information and lead discussions.
• Experience with business assessments and process improvements.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certification as IIBA or PMI-PBA is desired.
