Overview

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the Oregon Department of Energy's information technology strategies and initiatives, managing a team of IT professionals to enhance the agency's technology capabilities.

Requirements

• Six years of supervisory or management experience, or three years with a related degree.

• Strong leadership skills with a vision for technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Experience in strategic planning and change management.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on user support.
• Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
