Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst on the Project Management Team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in factoring workflows.

In Short

• Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Map current factoring processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support implementation of new platforms or system enhancements.
• Perform data analysis for decision-making on project priorities.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and documentation.
• Monitor project performance against milestones.
• Help define and track KPIs for operational performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• 2+ years of SQL and business intelligence reporting experience.
• Experience using data to draw business insights.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
