Overview

The Business Analyst operates as a non-Information Systems technical expert, providing comprehensive knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts, focusing on translating complex business process needs into actionable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
• Six years of progressive experience.
• Experience in strategic planning or process re-engineering.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance.
