Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data and trends and collaborating with cross functional departments to provide financial insights for decision making.

In Short

• Monitors and analyzes monthly financial and operation performance
• Tracks and reports on key KPIs (e.g., revenue, margins, EBITDA, working capital)
• Assists with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Supports the standardization of financial reporting
• Maintains and updates cash monitoring procedures
• Partners with leadership for strategic initiatives
• Participates in board meeting preparation
• Assists in preparing external reporting
• Builds and maintains detailed financial models
• Supports due diligence processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience in finance or analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Team-oriented mindset
