Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will act as the strategic connector between the Recurrence team and cross-functional areas, translating insights into business actions that drive loyalty, retention, and recurring revenue.

• Analyze customer lifecycle performance to support strategic business decisions.

• Collaborate with Product to influence feature prioritization.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives related to recurrence.
• Structure business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for recurrence & loyalty.
• Communicate recommendations and narratives to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proven experience addressing challenges related to customer retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Solid understanding of digital business models and growth levers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project management experience in cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable working in fast growth environments.
• Curious and proactive, eager to learn about the product.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
