Transactions Closing Analyst (Bilingual English/French) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Transactions Closing Analyst who will work remotely from Quebec, Canada, focusing on closing transactions in a fast-paced real estate environment.

In Short

• Close transactions in EZMax, Broker Wolf, and TRX.
• Determine eligibility for eXpress Pay and update funding sheets.
• Confirm agent and team splits.
• Maintain productivity tabs with current transaction statuses.
• Ensure proper documentation is received before closing.
• Check dates and allocations in all platforms before closing.
• Communicate with agents and the Transactions Department post-closing.
• Attend required meetings.
• Handle other assigned accountabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Clear understanding of EZMax.
• Expert knowledge of Agent ICA and Team Contract.
• Agile and flexible attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with individual task completion skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
