Overview

The Development & Operations Manager is the central operational and program leader for eXtend a hand Charity, responsible for executing fundraising campaigns, managing grant processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational operations.

• Owns donor CRM and reporting systems, preferably Neon CRM or HubSpot.

• Tracks budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Reports directly to the Executive Director.
• Full-time, remote position.

Requirements

• Experience in nonprofit operations or development operations.
• Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in public settings and engaging with stakeholders.
• Systems-oriented with high execution standards.
• Experience with nonprofit CRMs such as Neon CRM or HubSpot.
• Strong financial and reporting discipline.
