Contract Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Contract Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the review of all contracts, addendums, notices and agreements created as a result of our representation of eXp clients and customers.

In Short

• Perform initial contract review to ensure all documentation is ready for review.
• Communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents.
• Audit files and work with agents to ensure timely receipt of contract documents.
• Support Managing Brokers in ensuring compliance.
• Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox.
• Work with any assigned EXPI entity in the area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of contract review experience and real estate industry experience.
• Active real estate license preferred, with continuing education credits.
• Understanding of legal obligations under laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
