Contract Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Contract Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the review of all contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements created as a result of our representation of eXp clients and customers. The role is work-from-anywhere in the U.S., requiring an active real estate sales license in Georgia.

In Short

• Perform initial contract review to ensure documentation is ready for review.
• Communicate with agents about document deficiencies.
• Audit files and ensure timely receipt of missing documents.
• Support Managing Brokers in compliance efforts.
• Manage the Transactions Brokerage email inbox.
• Handle duties for any assigned EXPI entity.
• 3-month contract opportunity.
• Work-from-anywhere environment.
• Must maintain real estate license.
• Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in contract review.
• 1+ years of real estate industry experience.
• Active real estate license in Georgia.
• Knowledge of legal obligations for real estate professionals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative and capable of working with internal partners.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
• Integrity and good judgment.
