Property Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

The position involves managing the accounting for a portfolio of property management mandates, ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepare invoices and receipts for tenants.
• Conduct tenant exit account settlements.
• Control and issue rental guarantees.
• Prepare management reports for property owners.
• Assist in tax declarations and financial reporting.
• Distribute rental charges.
• Perform bank reconciliations and invoice fees.
• Support property managers with accounting queries.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Report activities to supervisors.

Requirements

• BAC+2 in Accounting Management (BTS).
• 2-3 years of experience in property accounting or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and client service skills.
