Property Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

Richardière is seeking a Property Management Accountant who will be responsible for the current and financial accounting of a portfolio of management mandates, ensuring the reliability of accounts in compliance with legislation and accounting and tax rules.

In Short

• Prepare tenant exit statements
• Generate management reports for property owners
• Handle tax declarations (property taxes, VAT, etc.)
• Allocate rental charges
• Assist property managers with accounting inquiries
• Enter and draft supplier invoices
• Control and monitor account balances
• Process sales and inheritances

Requirements

• Accounting education such as DCG
• BAC +2 (BTS in Accounting and Management, DUT in Accounting, etc.)
• Professional BAC in Accounting with experience in real estate accounting preferred
• Any accounting experience is desirable
