Overview

The group EVORIEL is looking for an Assistant Property Management to support the Property Manager in the daily management of the property.

In Short

  • Manage administrative follow-up (mail processing, file organization, appointment management, etc.)
  • Draft and send leases
  • Participate in the technical follow-up of the property by ensuring communication with tenants and owners
  • Prospect new properties for sale or rent
  • Write and publish real estate listings
  • Organize property visits
  • Follow up on claims and pre-litigation files
  • Manage customer service and maintain relationships

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bac+2 degree in Real Estate Professions
  • First experience in a similar position
  • Organized and methodical with a focus on customer satisfaction
