Payroll & Equity Administrator - Remote

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Payroll & Equity Administrator to join our Accounting team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Payroll and Equity.

In Short

• Coordinate semi-monthly payroll for a US workforce.
• Administer stock plans and collaborate on month-end close.
• Enhance payroll and equity processes.
• Execute multi-state payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now.
• Partner with HR Operations & Benefits teams for accuracy.
• Manage equity plans using Morgan Stanley E*Trade.
• Resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and equity.
• Prepare reports for in-house counsel and HR.
• Ensure SOX compliance through auditing procedures.
• Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience, including ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
