You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, establishing performance metrics, and implementing operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

  • Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple regions or verticals.
  • Oversee revenue operations, ensuring pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategy, drive lead quality, and enhance customer retention.
