Our proprietary e-learning platform breaks down the process of entrepreneurship, allowing founders to utilize everything from our innovation frameworks to AI guided features as they systematically build their startups. 100 Tasks is seeking a strategic and revenue-driven VP of Sales to lead our B2B expansion, drive institutional partnerships, and build a high-performance sales engine. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue through enterprise sales and positioning 100 Tasks as the go-to platform for startup execution methodologies.

In Short

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to deal closure and renewals.
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks and leverage proven methodologies to maximize conversions.
  • Optimize pricing structures and value propositions to drive high-ticket B2B sales.
  • Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy to engage VCs, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, and academic institutions.
  • Secure high-value institutional partnerships that establish 100 Tasks as the default startup execution platform.
  • Define and implement a structured sales funnel with clear KPIs and success metrics.
  • Lead and mentor early-stage sales hires, with the long-term goal of building a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, implementing best practices in sales enablement and training.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier sales talent.
  • This is a high-impact leadership role where you will directly shape revenue growth, drive enterprise sales, and secure key partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, consulting, or educational products.
  • Proven track record in selling high-ticket products—experience with info-products, SaaS subscriptions, or enterprise consulting services is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a senior sales role at a competitor or a consulting firm specializing in startup methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong deal-making and negotiation ability with C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep network in the startup and VC ecosystem, with connections to accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem players.
  • Ability to design and execute scalable B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
