Overview

As a Sales and Revenue Operations Manager, you will elevate our global sales team by delivering the tools, processes, and insights they need to succeed in the cryptocurrency space.

In Short

• Drive core sales operations processes that enhance team productivity and revenue performance.
• Optimize our use of HubSpot and other sales tools to ensure high adoption, data quality, and pipeline accuracy.
• Improve sales reporting and analytics using AWS QuickSight, CRM data, and other internal data sources.
• Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment on metrics, territory planning, and operational goals.
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend enhancements to increase conversion rates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM).
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and build dashboards in AWS QuickSight or Excel.
• Track record of streamlining sales workflows and implementing scalable processes.
• Effective people leadership with experience managing analysts.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency world and a learning attitude about new trends.
