Aiwyn is transforming the way accounting firms streamline the entire revenue management lifecycle. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Revenue Operations Manager with a strong focus on Sales Operations to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine.

In Short

• Optimize and manage end-to-end sales processes including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary partner to sales leadership for performance tracking.
• Own and evolve the sales tech stack for usability and adoption.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
• Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes.
• Oversee onboarding and training programs for sales teams.
• Drive adoption of best practices in sales methodology.
• Work in a remote, work-from-anywhere culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce and analytics tools.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
