The Medical Information Specialist is responsible for building credibility and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients, providing essential medical communications and information services.

Requirements

  • Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and native Spanish.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Experience in call center or medical information roles preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
