Overview

The QA Automation Specialist will design, build, and oversee the quality assurance framework for EVERSANA’s AI Agency Platform, ensuring every feature operates reliably and compliantly.

In Short

Design and maintain a comprehensive automation framework for testing.
Build automated test scripts for APIs, UI workflows, and AI interactions.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct regression testing and compliance validation.
Oversee integration testing for platform connectors.
Manage defect tracking and collaborate with teams for bug fixes.
Maintain test documentation for audits.
Support compliance reviews and create QA dashboards.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

7+ years in QA automation or software testing.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or .Net.
Experience with PyTest and Selenium.
Strong understanding of API testing and data validation.
Experience in cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
