Senior Manager, Data Operations - Remote

Overview

Everlaw is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Data Operations team. Everlaw’s Data Operations team members are experts in handling ediscovery data processing and large-scale data migration projects on behalf of our large and diverse customer base. Ideal candidates for this role are strategic leaders who are passionate about supporting their direct reports, possess a deep expertise in ediscovery data processing and management, and have a keen ability to optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Migration Analysts.
• Develop and implement scalable and efficient data migration strategies.
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks.
• Work closely with Engineering, IT, Product, and GTM teams.
• Continuously refine migration methodologies and tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest data migration tools and technologies.
• Provide insights and performance reports on migration progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data migration, or data management roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and cloud-based data migration technologies.
• Expertise in data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.

• The expected salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $195,000.
