The Sr Manager, Data Operations is responsible for the overall deployment and ongoing support for clients using the Trackit platform, ensuring deliverables meet approved requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of media agency/media systems experience.
• Understanding of global investment landscape and media terminology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Technical mindset with understanding of databases and BI.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Ability to work independently.
