Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Lawyer to join our Legal Department. The Employment Lawyer will play a critical role in ensuring that Everfield complies with all applicable employment law requirements specific to the software and private equity industry.

In Short

• Provide legal advice on employment law issues.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Conduct internal investigations related to employee complaints.
• Represent the company in employment-related disputes.
• Advise on HR practices to minimize legal risks.
• Monitor legislative developments in employment law.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams.
• Develop template contracts and knowledge resources.
• Handle other ad hoc employment law matters.

Requirements

• Master of Laws from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in one EU jurisdiction.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in employment law.
• Experience managing relationships with external law firms.
• Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Fluent English-speaking skills.
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Office experience.
