Overview

We seek a knowledgeable and proactive Employment Lawyer to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on all aspects of employment law, ensuring our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations and fostering a positive workplace environment.

In Short

• Supporting business in best practices for employee relations and complex employment terminations.
• Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
• Providing legal counsel on workplace issues such as discrimination and harassment.
• Conducting internal investigations of employment-related legal complaints.
• Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Identifying and managing compliance risks.
• Legal support of audits and due diligence.
• Performing other duties as required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law from an acknowledged European university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in employment law.
• Strong understanding of European employment regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research and conflict resolution.
• Excellent knowledge of Business and Contract Employment Law.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Advanced command of legal English.
