In Short

• Focus on selling to existing customers and expanding the DrChrono customer base.
• Self-source leads and manage sales opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking and reporting sales activities.
• Conduct high-quality demos and customer proposals.
• Coordinate with Implementation and RCM teams for seamless onboarding.
• Participate in industry events to strengthen the brand.

• Build client relationships and grow existing accounts.

• Possess a strong understanding of healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in software or healthcare services.
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Ability to work without daily management oversight.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Experience in virtual client presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Client-centric and consultative sales approach.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
