EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Payments Performance Analyst to join their Payments Analytics team, focusing on uncovering drivers behind payment performance to enhance business growth and retention.

In Short

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of payment funnel performance.
• Develop driver-based models and cohort diagnostics.
• Investigate performance fluctuations and root causes.
• Identify traits contributing to payment growth.
• Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams.
• Support forecasting and business reviews.
• Partner with Data Analysts and Engineers.
• Validate critical data inputs for decision quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst in the payments industry.
• SaaS experience with embedded payments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Expertise in BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with driver-based modeling and performance diagnostics.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with teams.
• (Preferred) Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
