Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer I, you will be providing support to customers using Everbridge products, diagnosing technical issues, and recommending solutions while maintaining communication with customers.

In Short

  • Provide support to customers using Everbridge products.
  • Isolate, diagnose, and reproduce technical issues.
  • Document solutions in a call tracking system.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users of varying technical capability.
  • Work evening shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Maintain a personal queue of open requests.
  • Contribute to the technical knowledge base.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Understand basic network concepts and API/SSO technology.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical knowledge in PC, networks, and web browsers.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with TCP/IP is a plus.
  • Understanding of API/SSO technology.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Act independently and exercise good judgment.
