In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of ~60 mid-sized law firm accounts.
  • Conduct check-ins, business reviews, and adoption analyses.
  • Establish success metrics and align with customer business goals.
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Own the renewal process and mitigate retention risks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Document customer feedback for product development.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless experiences.
  • Travel within the U.S. up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models.
  • Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
  • Legal Tech experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
