• This is a full-time, remote-first role based in the United States.
• Legal Ops Reviewers ensure the accuracy and quality of demand letters.
• Work with a proprietary online portal and edit demand letters critically.
• Provide feedback and training to Legal Operations Associates.
• Work with a monthly quota and earn performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Experience with copywriting/editing or technical writing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of personal injury law is a plus.
