In Short

• Own and optimize the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM.
• Support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement.
• Execute and improve integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Manage paid media across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Design nurture programs to guide prospects through the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
• Track and report on campaign performance and optimize programs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in growth marketing, focusing on digital advertising.
• 5+ years managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs.
• Experience managing and mentoring a demand generation team.
• Expertise in leveraging analytics for campaign performance.
• Project management experience ensuring timely campaign delivery.
• Success in generating qualified opportunities and aligning with sales.
