As our first Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer advocacy and engagement. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize customer interaction, nurture advocacy, and showcase the impact of EvenUp’s solutions. Reporting into our Director of Strategic Marketing, this is a unique opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a passion for storytelling, customer success, and innovation. In Short

• Build and maintain customer advocacy programs.
• Identify and nurture key customers for case studies and testimonials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience running advocacy or referral programs.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Bonus: Experience in the legal industry.
