Overview

Eventbrite is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales for the North America and LATAM region, responsible for leading and scaling our Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, Sales, and Sales Development teams across multiple countries including US, Mexico, Canada and other key markets. This leadership role requires deep experience in managing and developing multilingual teams, pipeline management excellence, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

  • Proven ability in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities.
  • Highly strategic with strong analytical skills.
  • Positive, proactive mindset.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise-level deals.
  • Highschool diploma and BA required.
